How do I order?
–Firstly your need to register or login to get access to buy from us.
Do you take custom orders?
— Yes, we take custom orders according to our Clients requirements.
Can I make changes to my order?
–If you want to make any changes to your order, e-mail us or call us at +603-6138 8199 for further assistance, we will do our best to help. Early alterations within a days aren’t usually a problem. However, once the goods are in production with the manufacturer we are bound to accept them, so we may have to charge you a cancellation fee to cover our costs. Changing an order may cause a delay with your delivery time and may alter the price you have been quoted.
Can I buy separately?
–YES. You may buy any piece from any set, we are flexible, we love to make you smile.
Why are some products labeled as Backorders?
–As you may know we have hundreds of products but it is impossible for us to keep all the products in stock and our manufacturing and retail offices are in two different countries, we need time time to fulfill our container before we can send the products from Indonesia.
How do I pay for my Goods?
–We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards and customers also can bank in the payment amount to our bank account (Jatimas Lifestyle Gallery 5531 0455 8528) and please notify us once the payment has been made, we will issue receipt as a prove of payment.
Do you have financing plan?
–We don’t have our own financing scheme, but we can help you to get loan from AEON credit or if you have credit card, you get to pay in 6 month or 12 month.
How do I know if you have SALES OR PROMOTION?
–You may subscibe to our newsletter, we will notify you if there’s any promotion. You may follow our social media pages too.
Where are JATIMAS products origin from?
— Our products are origin from Jepara, Indonesia.
What if I want to pick up my furniture?
–If you choose to pick up your furniture, please call us at least 2 hours before you plan to arrive. You may pick up your items Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Weekends by appointment only. Please bring your sales order receipt as prove of order.
How can I get large items home?
–We offer you home delivery service if you prefer. Home delivery IS NOT included in the product price. You may check our delivery page for more detail.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
–As all deliveries need to be signed for, we will be unable to leave your furniture and it will be returned to our Store. Someone will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. There will be an additional extra delivery charge.
Can you take my old furniture away?
–Yes, in the main we can, for a small additional charge. We can also remove the old furniture you are replacing.
Do I have to be present when the furniture is delivered?
–No. Either you or another responsible person can be there to accept the delivery. This person will be responsible to inspect and sign for the furniture at that time.
What kind of warranty the JATIMAS Furniture have?
— We provide our furnitures with a warranty for 1 year effective from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. Our Warranty includes manufacturing defects only, other than that, we may charge you a little charges to cover our cost. Minimum charges may apply after one year warranty period is over, we value our customers.
